Hey, do you HAVE TO refer Chara as the pronouns they/them? Or can you use the pronouns that you think Chara is, like if you made your own AU?
So many people seem to miss the point of Chara. They're not the one who kills them, we are. They don't even show up until the end of the route.
I think it’s said in the game why Chara never appears in the game until the end of the Genocide Run (and flashbacks). LOVE give them enough power to manifest into a physical form, and punish us for killing/dusting (almost) everyone.
Reading through the text, I only see punishment if you decide not to ERASE the world, it being the loss of [THE ILLUSION OF] control. If you're set on finishing it there is no issue.
I mostly meant by “punish” they (Chara) kills you even if ERASE the world.

butter, you misspelled group and since Chara is a proper noun (individual name of a person, place or organization), you need to capitalize it. No, I am not a grammar nazi.
